Section 524

(1) This section applies where the Court makes an order under this Chapter providing for the appointment of an administrator to cease to have effect.

(2) The administrator shall send a copy of the order to the Commission within 14 days beginning with the date of the order.

(3) An administrator who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with subsection

(2) commits an offence.
