Section 747

Any individual or body corporate may be a partner in a limited liability Partners. partnership provided that an individual shall not be capable of becoming a partner of a limited liability partnership, if he is -

(a) of unsound mind and has been so found by a court in Nigeria or elsewhere;

(b) an undischarged bankrupt.
