Section 797 - Chapter 2 - Registration Of Limited Partnership And Incidental Matters

(1) A partnership carrying on business as a limited partnership must be registered as such in accordance with the provisions of this Part.

(2) A partnership not registered as prescribed in subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a general partnership and every limited partner shall be deemed to be a general partner.
