Section 811 - Chapter 1 - Establishment Of Business Names Registry, Appointment And Functions Of Head Of Office And Other Officers

There shall be established in each State of the Federation, a registry of business names where there shall be kept a register in the prescribed form in which shall be entered such matters as are required by this Act or any regulation made under it to be entered in it.
