Section 163

Any person who, being employed by or under the Nigerian Postal Services Department, does with respect to any postal matter or telegram any act which he is not authorised to do by virtue of his employment, or knowingly permits any other person to do any such act with respect to any such thing, is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for three years.
