Section 425

Any person who wilfully procures or attempts to procure for himself or any other person any registration, licence or certificate under any Act or Law or under any regulation made under the Nigeria (Constitution) Order in Council, 1951, or the Nigeria (Constitution) Order in Council, 1954, or the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, by any false pretence is guilty of a misdemeanour, and is liable to imprisonment for one year.
