Section 112 - Establishment of National Tripartite Committee
There is hereby established a National Tripartite Committee which shall be composed of
(a) the Minister who shall be the chairperson;
(b) five representatives of the Government;
(c) five representatives of employers' organisations; and
(d) five representatives of organised labour.
