Section 41 - Surrender of permits.

Where, in relation to a foreign contract-

(a) the full number of workers authorised by the employer's permit has been engaged; or

(b) the period for which the permit was issued has expired, the permit shall be rendered to an authorised labour officer for transmission forthwith to the Minister.
