Section 145 - Obstructing sale of property offered for sale by authority of public officer.

Whoever intentionally obstructs the sale of property offered for sale by the lawful authority of a public officer as such shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month or with fine which may extend to twenty naira or with both.
