Section 155 - Intentional insult or interruption to public officer sitting in judicial proceeding.

Whoever intentionally offers an insult or causes an interruption to a public officer while the public officer is sitting in any stage of a judicial proceeding shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to forty naira or with both.
