Section 274 - Kidnapping or abduction in order to commit culpable homicide.

Whoever kidnaps or abducts a person in order that the person may be killed or may be so disposed of as to be put in danger of being killed, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fourteen years and shall also be liable to fine.
