Section 395 - Sale of printed or engraved substance containing defamatory matter.

Whoever sells or offers for sale a printed or an engraved substance containing defamatory matter or a record prepared for the purpose of the mechanical reproduction of defamatory matter, knowing that the substance or record contains that matter, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with both.
