Section 402 - Drunkenness in private place.

Whoever being drunk in any private place there conducts himself in a disorderly manner to the annoyance of any person having a right to exclude him from such place or fails to leave such place when requested to do so by such person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to two hundred naira or with both.
