Section 15 - Pensions and gratuities

(1) Persons appointed to offices under this Part are entitled to such pensions, gratuities and other retirement benefits as are prescribed under the Pension Reform Act. [Act No. 4, 2014.]

(2) Nothing in this Act prevents the appointment of a person to any office on terms which preclude the grant of a pension, gratuity or other retirement benefits in respect of that office.
