Section 80 - Warrant issued by the Federal High Court

(1) A warrant of arrest issued by a Federal High Court sitting anywhere in Nigeria may be executed in any part of Nigeria.

(2) A warrant issued under this section may be executed in accordance with section 75 of this Act.
