Section 121 - Third person profiting by gratification.

Whoever knowingly profits by a gratification or benefit obtained in any of the circumstances mentioned in section 115, 116 or 119 of this Penal Code but does not take an active part in obtaining the gratification or benefit, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.
